This policy explains how URSOFT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use URSOFT API and its related services.

Information we handle

We handle account information such as a customer's name, email address, linked phone number, API credentials, and credit balance. When the API is used, we process the identification number submitted and the resulting request data to provide the service, protect the API, and maintain billing records.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Payment details are submitted to Paddle's checkout. We receive information needed to associate a completed purchase with the customer's account and credit balance. Paddle's own privacy terms also apply to its processing.

How we use information

• To authenticate customers and operate the API.
• To process requests, maintain service security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• To record credit purchases, usage, refunds, and account support.
• To send service and billing messages related to the account.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Access is limited to operational needs and protected with technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

URSOFT API is intended for business and developer use and is not directed to children.
