These terms govern access to URSOFT API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service and account

URSOFT API provides authenticated endpoints for requesting identity information and available photos associated with Dominican identification numbers. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens secure and for activity performed through them.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and where you have the right and legal basis to submit the identification data. You must not share API credentials publicly, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, or use results to make decisions prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for informing people and obtaining any required consent.

Credits, prices, and billing

Credits are prepaid. The current price is $0.05 for a successful person-information request and $0.05 for a successful photo request. Each endpoint request is charged separately when it returns the requested data. A not-found response is not charged. Prices may change prospectively; the price displayed at purchase or in the current pricing page applies.

Payments are handled by Paddle. A credit purchase is a one-time payment unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Credits are associated with the customer account that initiated the purchase.

Availability and data

Data and photo availability may vary by identification and connected service. We do not guarantee that every request will return a record or photo, or that returned information is complete for a customer's particular purpose. You must independently assess whether the response is suitable for your use.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The final limitation-of-liability terms must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before publication.
