URSOFT API

Refund policy

Credit purchases are processed by Paddle. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact URSOFT support or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include the email on your account and the transaction ID. Do not email your API token or payment card details.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests for unused credits may be submitted for review through Paddle. Credits already consumed by completed API requests are generally not eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. Paddle reviews and processes refunds for transactions made through its checkout.

Payment disputes and reversals

If you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment is incorrect, please contact URSOFT or Paddle through the support link in your receipt so the issue can be reviewed. You retain any rights you have to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider.

When Paddle notifies us of a payment dispute or reversal, we may temporarily suspend API access while the transaction and account activity are reviewed. If there is substantiated evidence of fraud or abuse of the payment-dispute process, URSOFT may restrict or terminate the account, consistent with Paddle's terms and applicable law. A good-faith dispute alone does not constitute abuse.

If credits from a transaction have already been consumed before a refund or reversal is completed, contact support so the account and transaction can be reviewed. Any refund decision will be handled through Paddle under its terms and applicable law. We may limit API access while a payment reversal or suspected abuse is being investigated.
